By utilizing Bosch Intelligent Video Analytics (IVA), significant savings can be achieved in operational security costs. Furthermore, incidents and events are detected faster and almost always. Bosch’s intelligent camera systems with integrated video analytics can independently recognize suspicious or predefined situations and automatically generate an alarm. In short, they provide an extra pair of eyes for operators or security personnel, allowing for more extensive and reliable observation with fewer staff.

For example, a Bosch camera observation system can automatically provide an operator with images where a predefined situation occurs, ensuring that no incident is overlooked. This provides a reassuring and secure feeling.

Bosch Video Analytics also offers the right tools for forensic investigation, allowing days of video to be searched in minutes. Even in forensic investigations, events are found more efficiently and quickly with fewer personnel.

Cameras with Intelligent Video Analytics go beyond security alone. This intelligent technology can also be used for numerous other applications. With the powerful, highly flexible, and modular Bosch fire alarm panels, reliable fire protection systems ranging from small to very large can be realized with a single central user interface for programming and alarming. The beautifully designed touchscreen allows the panels to be operated ‘intuitively’. Bosch’s fire alarm panels have a modular design and are highly flexible. This allows the system to be easily adapted to the user’s requirements. Consequently, you only need to invest in the components and functionalities that are truly necessary.

Easy Integration
All Bosch fire alarm panels are equipped with a network interface that allows multiple panels to be included in a network. The fire alarm panels can also be easily connected, based on OPC among other protocols, to a central management, security management system, or PSIM. This makes the central panel part of an integrated security solution, with all its associated benefits. For example, in the event of a fire alarm, the fire can be directly verified via cameras.

A unique product in Bosch’s detector range is the so-called “invisible smoke detector”, a flush-mounted detector that forms a single unit with the ceiling, potentially also in terms of color. Thus, Mactwin, as a recognized fire protection company, can implement an extremely effective and reliable fire protection solution with Bosch’s very comprehensive package of peripheral equipment, including automatic fire detection detectors, manual call points, signaling devices such as sirens and strobe lights, interface modules, and other elements.

Evacuation Systems

Bosch Praesideo is a flexible, reliable, and fully digital voice evacuation system. The system utilizes a fiber optic network, ensuring interference-free sound, high redundancy, and flexible system design. Furthermore, Praesideo is fully programmable and can communicate with other systems for, for example, building management, fire detection, or information. Thanks to its high reliability, Praesideo’s maintenance costs are exceptionally low.

The user interface of the evacuation system can be easily adapted to the user’s wishes and needs. For example, the user can determine which ‘buttons’ they see or don’t see, allowing even the largest systems to be easily operated via a PC or touchscreen. Praesideo can be supplied with logbook registration software, allowing logbook information from various systems to be retrieved, enabling remote monitoring and diagnosis. If maximum availability is required, the network on which the system operates can be implemented redundantly. In that case, even a physical break in the fiber optic cable will not affect the operation of the evacuation system.

TÜV has fully certified Praesideo in accordance with the new safety standards ISO 7240-16 and, as the first system in the world, also according to EN54.
