Today, Mactwin does most of this remotely from our Remote Operation Center.
This is efficient and saves costs and the environment.

From our Remote Operation Center, our experienced specialists can support you in application management. Thus, we can for you:
- Secure relevant video footage after an incident
- take care of your card management, including card issuance
- configure your security systems
- Compile (management) reports

Proactive monitoring
From the Remote Operation Center, we can proactively monitor systems and software. As a result, we will discover, resolve and sometimes even prevent any malfunctions at lightning speed. Without costly travel time. If a camera image drops out or a hard drive is almost full, we receive a notification of this and can take immediate (remote) action.
Only when a failure cannot be solved remotely will we come to you. In most cases, we will already know exactly what is going on and immediately send out the best specialist with the right parts. It couldn’t be more efficient.
Secure and stable connections
For all these services, Mactwin naturally works with secure and stable connections between the Remote Operation Center and the security network of its clients. Different connections are possible – depending on the desired level of security, the specific situation and requirements. Consider a secure IPSec VPN Tunnel over the Internet or a dedicated private connection via a dedicated line brought in to the customer. Of course, you decide when we can get into your systems.
The Remote Operation Center operates on a completely separate and secure network, from a secure room. The workstations and servers are set up using state-of-the-art technology and equipped with stringent security measures, firewalls and virus scanners.
