Mactwin Security has entered into a partnership with Envoy, the organization behind the eponymous platform for visitor and workplace management. Envoy makes organizations safe and flexible, both for visitors and employees. The platform fits in perfectly with Mactwin’s mission to offer integrated security solutions that allow customers to be measurably in control.

Envoy visitor and workplace management
Organizations can exponentially increase their security level and efficiency with access control. With the highly user-friendly Envoy system, they can welcome their guests and contractors and grant them (temporary) access to their premises and specific areas within. They can also accurately track who is visiting, when, and for what purpose. The system can be fully customized to meet specific needs, considering risks, business processes, and the desired level of security. Visitors receive contactless access via a printed QR code or a smartphone. It just depends on what organizations and their visitors find most convenient. Envoy also offers partial solutions for workplace reservations and package deliveries.
Mactwin integrates Envoy into all major access control systems. Furthermore, the platform works together with various directory services (including Active Directory) so that access rights and access actions can be easily managed.
