Mactwin is an ambitious company that nationally integrates security technology for the top 500 companies with a medium to high-risk profile. We are looking for a service coordinator who will be the primary telephone contact for our clients regarding malfunctions, technical questions, and the maintenance of security systems. Our client base is diverse, and we devise and implement innovative, sometimes complex, security solutions. This makes working at Mactwin’s Service Desk consistently varied and challenging; no two days or inquiries are ever the same.

What Will your Responsibilities be?

As a Service Coordinator, you will be part of our Service Desk. Together with your colleagues Niels, Kevin, Tom, and Erik, you will ensure that all telephone inquiries are answered promptly and effectively or are followed up on.

You are an excellent listener and know how to ask the right questions and set priorities. This enables you to quickly gain a clear understanding of the client’s problem and offer a suitable solution. Sometimes you will resolve a malfunction over the phone with the client; in other cases, you will dispatch a technician with the correct instructions and materials or transfer the inquiry to your colleagues in the Mactwin Operation Center. To ensure that every client inquiry is answered or resolved to their satisfaction, you also monitor the progress of follow-ups. Our ERP system provides all the information you need to effectively assist your clients, and you will record all service calls and subsequent actions.

What Do We Expect from You?

  • You have an MBO level of education and professional aptitude.
  • A technical background, as well as an MBV diploma, is a plus.
  • You are analytical and solution-oriented.
  • You possess strong communication skills.
