We also develop our own innovative Cash Security products, which we market internationally. This ambition is combined with a pleasant, informal working atmosphere where you will absolutely feel at home. We are looking for an enthusiastic Corporate Recruiter for our HRM department.

What Will You be Doing with Us?

As a Corporate Recruiter, you will recruit – especially technical – talent in the labor market. You will work from the talent pool that we have already set up for you and that you will develop and maintain. You will scour the market for suitable candidates for Mactwin via any channel. To perform your work efficiently and successfully, you will have access to recruitment software. As a recruiter, you know how to present our company and the positions for which we are recruiting well. In this position, you will work closely with Karin, our HR manager.

What Do We Expect from You?

  • You have a MBO+/HBO work and thinking level
  • A degree preferably in the direction of HRM or Commercial Economics
  • Experience as a Recruiter is an advantage
  • You are a real networker
  • You are social, persuasive and persistent
  • You have very good communication skills (both verbally and in writing)
