For urgent notifications, you should always contact our support desk directly by phone:

Outside office hours, you will be transferred to our teleservice.

If you have a Management and Maintenance Agreement, we will handle all notifications regarding Mactwin’s Safety & Security systems as quickly as possible; at minimum according to the mandatory standards applicable to the type of installation and/or based on the agreed SLA.

If a problem can be analyzed and possibly resolved remotely, our support staff may ask you to download and (temporarily) install TeamViewer software for remote support. Depending on your situation, this concerns TeamViewer Quick Support (1) or TeamViewer Host (2). Here you will find the hyperlinks to the TeamViewer support software.
