With innovative integrated security solutions, you ensure that your clients’ risks are demonstrably managed, allowing you to fully relieve your clients so they can focus on their core activities. This also contributes to the business continuity of your clients.
What Will You be Doing with Us?
As a Business Development Manager at Mactwin Security, you analyze the market and then approach it in a systematic, effective, but above all pragmatic manner. Your discussion partners at clients are at both operational and strategic levels. You are able to convince clients because you have delved into their processes and business risks. Because you have made the correct diagnosis and know what you are talking about. Naturally, you can count on the full support and input of the internal organization. Together, you strive to be the perfect security partner for your clients, rather than just a supplier.
You will deal with complex security issues that require a conceptual and solution-oriented approach. These issues often relate to new construction or renovation projects. Sometimes you will develop an entirely new security concept, other times it involves an adjustment, replacement, or expansion of an existing solution. In your target groups, it often involves integrated security solutions, with central control from an integrated security management system that connects all individual systems.
As a Business Development Manager at Mactwin, you are results-oriented, have a natural drive, knowledge of security solutions, and an interest in IT. Additionally, we expect a high degree of independence, creativity, responsibility, decisiveness, and, of course, entrepreneurship from you.
In this challenging role, you report to the Sales Director.

What Do We Expect from You?
- Higher professional education work and thinking level;
- Affinity with and knowledge of (electrical) engineering;
- More than 7 years of commercial experience in the safety and security industry focused on the end user;
- You are used to sitting next to the client and analyzing security issues;
- You are enterprising, organizationally sensitive, results-oriented, creative, and a team player.
