In control at an incident
Incident Response Management uses mobile data from reporters (so-called Reporters) and followers (so-called Responders), combined with the central management platform called Dispatch. In the event of an incident, Reporters can use their mobile device to share their location, as well as on-site information and video, with the Dispatch operator. The latter in turn sees in real time what is happening, knows where its Responders are and therefore can always send the right person(s) – close by, available, with the right qualifications and materials – to the scene of the incident. Always provided with real time information and video. This can even be done automatically, without the intervention of a human Dispatcher. Responders use an app on their mobile device to see this information and communicate back to the Dispatch operator; or directly to a Reporter or victim. This creates a dynamic picture of the situation and follow-up is always appropriate.

Reporters can anonymously report a potential threat or use the SOS button if they find themselves in an emergency situation (at work, on the road, at a remote event or even at home). In doing so, they improve their personal safety.
On-site follow-up
Your Responders never again enter a situation “blind,” but always have up-to-date information, directions and video footage. The public in an affected area receives instructions and is efficiently directed in the right direction (away from the danger).
