ISO 9001 Certification
Quality is encoded in our DNA. It goes without saying that our clients need this confirmed objectively and according to international standards. As far as we are concerned, quality does no stop at the certification level. The drive to continuously learn and improve is something that sets us apart. We always continue to monitor, manage and improve. Not only do we want to be compliant with external standards, but also with our own internal BIESS standards, which are often set at a higher level than the applied industry standard. ISO 27001 Certification
Mactwin is ISO 27001 certified. This certificate indicates that Mactwin’s information security management system meets all requirements and that we handle confidential information responsibly.
The MOC enables Mactwin to monitor the security systems of its clients, many malfunctions are solved remotely. We also support our customers from the MOC through application management, including securing video footage after an incident, card management, system configuration and management reports.
For all our services, we naturally use secure and stable connections. For remote connections from our Mactwin Operations Center (MOC) to our client systems, we operate on a completely separate and secure network, from a highly secured area. Workstations and servers are set up using state-of-the-art technology and equipped with stringent security measures, firewalls and anti-virus measures.
BORG Certification
As a BORG-company, Mactwin exclusively designs and implements security solutions that consist of a combination of organizational, structural and electronic measures and that match your specific risks. In doing so, we use the Improved Risk Classification (VRKI) tool.
BMI / OAI Certification
Mactwin is certified according to the current CCV regulations BMI and OAI. This makes Mactwin certified for the design, commissioning, delivery and maintenance of fire alarm systems and evacuation alarm systems.
VCA** Certification
With the VCA** certification, we objectively demonstrate that we handle workplace safety carefully and do everything possible to minimize accidents. VCA is a multifaceted program that tests and certifies companies – like Mactwin – on their Safety, Health and Environment (HSE) management system. More and more clients are demanding SCC certification from their suppliers.
CO₂ Level 3 Performance Ladder
Mactwin is actively engaged in energy saving and CO2 reduction. The CO2 performance ladder is a standard to encourage companies to act with energy and CO2 awareness in their own operations and in the execution of projects. This mainly involves saving energy, using more sustainable energy and using energy and materials efficiently. More information can be found at www.SKAO.nl. Mactwin has been certified at level 3 since early 2024.
