Mactwin has received the ISO 27001 certificate from DEKRA for its Mactwin Operation Center (MOC). This certificate indicates that Mactwin’s information security management system meets all requirements and that Mactwin handles confidential information responsibly.

From the MOC, Mactwin monitors the security systems and software of its clients, and many malfunctions are resolved remotely. Mactwin also supports its customers with application management, including securing video images after an incident, card management, system configuration and management reports.

For all these services, we naturally work through a secure and stable network. In addition, the MOC operates on a completely separate and secure network, from within a highly secure room. Workstations and servers are set up using state-of-the-art technology and equipped with stringent security measures, firewalls and anti-virus measures.
