The Alerts module enables Dispatchers to set up alerts for multiple events and triggers. These are the alerts available in the system:
New Incidents
- When a new incident is reported by a user or through a 3rd party integration.
New SOS
- When SOS alerts are activated.
New Messages
- When a message is sent by the Supervisor.
Incident Share
- When an incident is shared with another Control Center.
Video Streaming
- When a new video session is initiated by a user.
Dynamic User Status/Report
- When a mobile app user sends a dynamic status that is configured to display a popup.
Dynamic Incident Report
- When a Responder sends a dynamic status in an incident that is configured to display a popup.
Form
- When a user enters data in a field that is configured to send an alert.
Form-Scan Difference
- When a mobile user scans a QR/Barcode and the retrieved data does not match the data in the compared field.
Not on Site
- When a Responder indicates being on site while the Responder’s location is far from the incident location.
User not Moving
- When a mobile user has not sent locations for more than x minutes.
Communication Error
- When a mobile user has not connected to the server for more than X minutes.
Battery Level
- When a mobile user sends a battery level that is below a predetermined threshold.
Geofence Entry
- When a mobile user enters a predefined geofence.
Geofence Exit
- When a mobile user leaves a predefined geofence.
Geofence Staffing
- When there are insufficient mobile users within a specific geofence.
Geofence Absence
- When there is no active mobile user in a specific geofence for a predetermined period.
Incident Dispatch Overtime
- When the incident response is inadequate (dispatch rule not met within X minutes from automatic dispatch).
Out of User Static Location
After clicking the alert setup button, the alerts panel opens where you can enable or disable the alert per incident type, select the sound, and enable desktop notification or popup.
Scroll down on the Alert Settings panel to see all available alert types that can be configured.
For each alert, Dispatchers can configure a unique sound alert, determine if a popup should appear, and control whether a Chrome desktop notification should be shown.
