When you sign up for NowForce, you are assigned a unique Organization ID. You may be asked for your Org ID when requesting Verint support.

To find your Org ID:

  1. Log in to the NowForce Control Center.
  2. Click on User Details.

Your user details will be displayed.

You can now locate your Organization ID number and provide it to Verint support if needed.
