The Dispatcher panel can be customized to your requirements. You can choose the panels you want to display and also determine where you want to position them on your screen. By default and when logging into the Dispatcher application for the first time, the Map panel appears in full view.

The following panels are available:

  • Maps: Displays a map view of the area you are located in.
  • Incidents: List of open incidents.
  • Users: List of users registered in your control center.
  • Units: List of units you have created.
  • Resources: List of resources available to you.
  • Messages: List with a history of messages that have not yet expired.
  • Sources: List of sources available in your area or in a specified geofencing zone.
  • Channels: List of PTT channels that have been created and also shows a history of conversations in each PTT channel.
  • Scenarios: List of scenarios in the Administrator application.

There are icons for each of these panels in the Dispatcher toolbar. Click on an icon to display the corresponding panel. Below you can see an example of the Dispatcher screen with the Map panel and the Incidents and Users panels.
