Dashboard, our fully integrated BI tool, is now available as an add-on in Symphia NowForce Dispatcher.

Note: This add-on requires a dedicated BI license per named user.

Dashboard Button

You can easily access the Dashboard via the main taskbar of NowForce Dispatcher.

Note: If you do not see this Dashboard button, it is either because you do not have the BI license added to your profile, or because the dashboard has not been configured for your organization (in this case, please contact support).

Available Dashboards

Several standard dashboards have been pre-configured for your organization. These dashboards cover multiple domains of your activities in the NowForce system: users, incidents, geofences, and so on. Each dashboard can be filtered and customized based on time filters.
